• About
Sara hosts a range of tailored courses and other events meant to support all kinds of teams in their individual growth and group development. In every session, Sara incorporates her practical experiences as the founder of a successful non-profit, an advocate, advisor and facilitator for universities, government and corporations—and her reality as a Blind Muslim Lebanese-American woman—to guide participants through how to connect authentically in large settings, bring their authentic voice to bear, and make meaningful connections in any setting.

• Testimonials
Sara Minkara earns 5 stars plus for her excellent speaking abilities. She is a rare personality who owns a room—has “presence”—when she enters it. Her graceful style, engaging body language, melodious voice and smooth intonation, all are qualities that combine to make her a gifted and talented speaker.
In sum, Sara is amazing!

Sara reminded us that instead of having a deficit way of thinking, we must have, and promote, a value-add thinking. It is so important to uncover the value and strengths that everyone can bring because everyone has a value! We understand that including people with disabilities is essential because they have something important to contribute; when they do not get to, we lose out on a very important voice and value.
