ABOUT
Our story is unique, and when we bring out voice forward, we can inspire others, and spark the change. Furthermore, if we are not telling our story, if we are not making our voice heard, other voices will fill the space. It is our duty to build our story, to communicate, to carry our message to
shape our organization, our community and our society with the values, principles and ideas that will generate the greatest impact.

The “Storytelling In The Dark” sessions combine Sara’s unique “In The Dark” methodology with Marshall Ganz’s public narrative framework to accomplish a unique, transformative experience of transparency, openness, self-awareness, active listening and community mobilization.

Self-awareness and accountability: 

We all have a story to tell. Our experiences impact what we bring to the team. As managers, it is important to realize what those stories are and what we are bringing to the team.

Openness and active listening: 

Only by accepting vulnerability as a strength we can take it to the next level and embrace all of who we are. It creates a sense of empowerment to explore, with curiosity and compassion.

Community inspiration and mobilization:

Leaders do not act alone. They need to be able to inspire others and mobilize others. Creating a set of commonalities and ways to connect results in strengthening of teams, commitment and communication moving towards greater impact.
